ACTUALLY A GOOD IDEA "L.A.’s idea for cops facing armed threat? Run away!"

Part of the problem with police enforcement is machisimo, ...say they don't back down from anything and once a confrontation begins they feel like they have to finish it or else they're being emasculated, well the truth is there are times when they should back away and shouldn't Chase because it protects everybody so they have to learn to do that ...they have to learn to deescalate sometimes by letting the person get away, at least temporarily
