LET me guess, they jumped on him and started saying "stop resisting" over and over for everybody to hear even though he wasn't resisting,all the while they used it as an opportunity to "punish" him...that's cop style, or bad cop,...thank GOD for good cops ,I guess there weren't any around at this place
