The Bible speaks about Jewish law and man-made law but there is some analogy to modern day law and people who obtain a false sense of righteousness based on thinking they are obeying the law in fact when they're contradictory to the spirit . .& may become legalists and cause a lot of problems in the community ... police officers who only partially understand the significance of their job ...we want police officers to try to do their job as law enforcement according to the mandates of the law but on occasion they need to be able to separate themselves from the law and the spirit... and the one problem is that police officers in general do not need much higher education to get employed ...and so too often police officers do not have enough education to do their job in a most efficacious manner.... so we need to encourage 👮 police to get as much education as they can before dropping out ....& going for the big bucks.... and then too often becoming bully cops or bouncer cops rather than trying to make the community better... for the way they handle situations has great and significant long-term effects and we really need them to be at their very best at all times.... so let us pray for our First Responders... let us pray for continuing education ...that the police departments will send them to conferences and do things that will help then become better ..not just better police officers but better persons.... hear our prayer Lord.
