NORMALLY, I WOULD TAKE THE SIDE of the CITIZEN if the COP was being a JERK, but in this case, the BLACK KIDS were being the JERKS...real jerks, they were ESCALATING the situation, making it a LOSE-LOSE battle, ...the cop at that point could NOT back down because they were taunting him.
