...THIS caught my attention because when I sued the Pasadena Police and requested the dispatch audio for my excessive force lawsuit,they claimed that the audio-recorder malfunctioned and therefore the section of "tape" for my incident was unavailable. However, the section before & after (from other incidents WAS available)...so for some reason only the section of my incident allegedly "malfunctioned"
