everything about this incident in cleveland is upsetting...why they, or he, were so quick on the trigger when it was a kid ? And then they do this to his sister? If you see a kid with a gun you still need to be very cautious but you also know he is less capable with a gun, and can often find much less lethal alternatives than shooting. In this case, the kid [teen] had a pellet gun ...and they drove right up next to him...and shot him point blank...; they could have/should have approached with megaphones from farther away and ordered him to put the gun down...the way they approached him in the police car caused a lose-lose situation given the kid had a gun in hand , and they pulled up right next to him without warning...without a chance, from afar, to be told to put the gun down...; see the video for yourself at
